PRIVATE PARTIES:
We are pleased you are considering hosting your party at Oysterella’s Seafood Restaurant. We want entertaining at Oysterella’s Seafood Restaurant to have the same ambiance and hospitality as that of entertaining at your home.
We understand the level of service that our guests expect, especially when they are entertaining. In the party planning guide below, you will find guidelines and suggestions developed to ensure that your party will be a great success. Copies of our private party menus are available upon request for your viewing. We request that you plan one set menu for parties of 20 or more guest. If your party includes 20 or fewer guests, you may choose to order directly from the restaurant menu.
PRIVATE OR SEMI PRIVATE DINING AREAS:
Our Private room upstairs can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests and the Semi Private Room can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests. These two rooms can be combined for larger groups. The entire restaurant is available for cocktail reception and seated dinner buy-outs.
The Mermaid Banquet Room down stairs can accommodate large parties up to/over 100 guests. Our banquet room comes with a fully stocked Bar, Restrooms, Heat/Air Conditioning, and tables with chairs. The room has two large rollup doors that open on to the back deck and patio area, which fronts the water. On a beautiful evening the Sunset views are the best along the Causeway in addition to Oysterella’s wonderful selection of awarding Seafood and Steaks.
It is recommended for large groups we customize a menu for your group to ensure we have all requested food available and it is served fresh. Our biggest sellers are Jubilee Grouper, Bips Bay Seafood Platter, Filet, Rib eye, Shrimp and Grits, and Jambalaya for the entrees. We have incredible appetizers selections such as Tensaw River Hot Crab Dip, Spicy Tuna, New Orleans Bar-B-Cue Shrimp, or Crab Claws. Let us help you to create a special menu just for your event.
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
All food and beverages are to be provided by Oysterella’s Seafood Restaurant at the agreed upon price prior to event. State law regulates that no food or beverage can be brought in or off premises due to Health and Safety Codes. Oysterella’s only exception will be to allow client to bring in a dessert (Cake) for special events, subject to managers approval: Birthday, Retirements, Anniversary, Graduations, After Rehearsals, and Wedding
MENU:
Your pre-selected menu is requested at least two weeks prior to your party. Our menus offer fresh ingredients and they change seasonally. All prices are subject to change.
ROOM DECORATIONS:
We are pleased to coordinate services to create a particular theme, be it a centerpiece or an extensive room arrangement. Floral arrangements can also be made through your party planner and billed to customers account. A guest is welcome to supply his or her own decorations as well. We ask that you do not attach tape to windows or nail anything into or onto structure of building or premises of property without approval from management.
RENTALS:
See Private Amenities and Special Services Checklist and Pricing. If you have any special equipment needs, we can place your order with a local company and bill you the night of the event.
PAYMENT:
Payment in full is expected at the completion of your party. We accept all major credit cards. A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill for a party of 10 or more. Spanish Fort sales tax of 7.5% is applicable to all checks. You are welcome to pre-pay with a credit card if it is more convenient for your party. We are unable to provide individual checks for parties larger than ten.
